Hello and welcome to Teach with Juan! My name is Juanita Moe, and I’m a passionate educator in training at Brooklyn College, majoring in Childhood Education. My teaching journey began with a deep love for helping children discover their potential and a belief that every learner deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. As a future teacher, my goal is to create inclusive and engaging classrooms where students can learn through curiosity, creativity, and care.

Originally from Jamaica, I bring a multicultural perspective that helps me connect with students from diverse backgrounds. I’m especially passionate about bilingual education and supporting emergent bilingual learners as they build confidence in both their home language and English. Through Teach with Juan, I hope to share ideas, resources, and reflections that inspire others to teach with heart and purpose.
